Cartoon2Profile conversion

This program will convert cartoons as set in FigTree into a ProfDistS compatible profile file.

If there are several trees in the infile, only one should contain cartoons. Tree has to be rooted before using FigTree! (e.g. with njplot - save as rooted tree)
